Continuing training for B.A.S.E.® mentors

Target audience:
This seminar is aimed at all B.A.S.E.® group leaders who have already had experience with leading B.A.S.E.® groups at childcare centers, including nursery schools and remedial day care centres.

Purpose:
This seminar is designed to enable you to supervise other B.A.S.E.® group leaders.
As a B.A.S.E.® mentor, you will make yourself available to other B.A.S.E.® group leaders to answer questions that may arise, give advice, and make on-site visits as needed to observe the children, and to give feedback or clarify questions.

In addition, as a B.A.S.E.® mentor, you are an important contact person for the mother/father and her/his baby.

Contents of seminar:

-- Clarification of questions that have arisen from your own experience with B.A.S.E.® groups

-- What do you have to pay attention to as a B.A.S.E.® mentor?

-- How do I give B.A.S.E.® group leaders feedback?

-- How do I provide support to the mother and father and her/his baby?
